Overhaul repairs of the metal framework of ore-grab bucket unloader
The wide-range of recovering and repair works was executed, among them – reconditioning of the swing joint of the unit "crane foot - beam " (the work was executed on all four crane foots, beams shafts are replaced, mounting surfaces are restored); repair of the upper and bottom chords of the span; restoring of the holder groups between trolley beams and span; manufacturing and replacement of crossbeams of the grab trolley (the work was executed without dismounting the grabs trolley); replacement of the most corroded braces connecting fixed support with span "spider"; replacement of sole plates in place where the span leans on flexible tower; restoration of under lens and above lens beam (the unit of span support on flexible tower); a new grab with capacity of 6,3 cubic meters was made; replacement of riveted joints on bolt ones.

Installation of bridge crane with lifting capacity 50 / 12.5, span 32m, without dismounting of the production area, with complete knocked-down dismounting and subsequent erection work of metal structures and cranes units on design level. Installation of electrical equipment. Programming of variable frequency drivers and commissioning.

Production and delivery of bridge crane with lifting capacity 32/5t.
Manufactured and delivered the crane with lifting capacity 32/5t, A5, span - 22,5m. The crane is made with a lifting height 34 meters to work in the new complex of mining and processing integrated plant.

Modernization together with installation of the OHK-160M with weighing module and variable speed controllers

Modernization of 2 bridge cranes with lifting capacity 8 + 8 t for handling of stands of pickling tanks was done. Works on modernization were performed providing project engineering, technical specifications development for the installation of the crane load limiter model OHK-160M on lifting gears of two cranes with lifting capacity 8+8 t, and equipping of the crane with weighing module with logical control system in the operator room of the pickling shop. There were installed frequency converters of «Schneider-electric» on cranes movement gears which ensure smooth work of cranes. Commissioning is carried out and cranes are put in operation.

Modernization with project engineering, technical specifications development on quay crane GANZ with conversion to frequency drive made by "Schneider Electric".

In 2006-2007 bridge cranes with lifting capacity 5 t, A5 were installed in enterprises of "Ukrzaliznytsya" for work in closed shops and on ramps (with special anti-corrosion coating).

The metal framework of arch is manufactured. The main section of the arch is a pipe with diameter of 300 mm, wall thickness 10 mm, and length 25 m. It was deflected with radius of 8 m.


OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAMobile rehandling device with lifting capacity 1 t and span of 3-6 m. It is designed and suitable for lifting and moving of loads by use of manual or electric hoists. It is used on sites not equipped with supporting constructions, for load fastening. Rehandling device has self-castoring wheels providing work under limited space conditions.

In 2006 two-span electric single-girder suspension cranes were manufactured with lifting capacity 5 t and span of 12,5 m + 12,5 m, beams 1,6 m, lifting height 20 m.


In 2006, the bridge crane with lifting capacity 10 t, A5 was delivered and installed. Improvement of the crane by a remote control is planned for 2007
